HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout". Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method the for goods - we will ship your package within 1-3 business days.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I ORDER?
- Once your payment is successfully processed, you’ll receive an email confirming your order.
- The order parcels are typically prepared between 2 to 4 business days and then ship out.
- When your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number to your email (For shipping times check SHIPPING section below)

Measurements for each product have been provided in the description. Please go through them carefully and measure it against yourself to determine which size you should go for.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
Yes, we accept any changes to an order. Please note that if you need to make any changes to your orders, please send us email : sales@roseclubwear.com within 24 hours of placing the order.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
In usual terms, if cancelation request is sent by 12hours of order, we refund only 80% of total value or provide 100% of the order value in store credit. Check our terms & conditions.

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
Due to the nature of the item ordered, we do not accept returns.

DO I NEED TO PAY INTERNATIONAL TAXES?

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY?
Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy:
- If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund.
- Timing: we have a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.
- To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- For returns, please email sales@roseclubwear.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
- Seller will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
- Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
- When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
- If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.

CAN I DELIVERY TO A PO BOX?
You can opt to have your package delivered to a Post Office branch near you.
This is ideal for anyone who knows they are unlikely to be home when their package is delivered; collect your parcel at a time to suit you from a convenient Post Office branch.
Your package will be delivered and stored in the same discreet and plain packaging.
HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ITEMS HAVE BEEN SHIPPED?
When your items have been dispatched, we will send a notification email to your registered email address. You can track the detail shipment information around 2-4business days after dispatch.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THE TRACKING NUBMER SAYS DELIVERED BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER?
Please note that we provide a tracking number to each customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to track down their orders. Please kindly contact your local post office if the parcel arrived at your destination country asap as you can.
